This Saturday, Bulls will pull on the whites in first grade to take-on an undefeated, two-time defending champion team in Bathurst City.
Bulls skipper Andrew Brown said the game will be a good chance to see where his team is at.
“We went alright in the first week,” he said.
“The result was good to see after a few new guys played.
“But we’ll see where we’re out this weekend, if we’ll need improving or if we consolidate our form.”
In their last outing, Bulls claimed a 38-run win over City Colts.
Bulls were all bowled out for 181 off 35.2 overs but thanks to the bowling of Josh Toole and Aaron Seymour, they bowled Colts out for just 143 off 34.4.
Bulls’ Bill Watterson smashed 67 runs in the opening game, a massive effort from the batsman that has not gone unnoticed.
“Bill Watterson has been impressing,” Brown said.
“He’s been coming up through the grades and has impressed.
“We’ll come close to a full strength squad. We’ll be missing Josh Howarth however.”

Brown said his team has strength all over the field.
“I think our batting will be our strength but we’re pretty good all round,” he said.
“Bowlers like Aaron Seymour and Josh Coyte are bowling well.”
Bulls batsman Josh Toole finished second, last season, for most runs, with a total of 564 off eight innings.
Teammate Seymour was ranked eighth for most runs – 400 off 12 innings.
Redbacks were in control during their comfortable six-wicket win over ORC.
Saturday’s game will be at the Bathurst Sportsground and will start at 1.30pm.
