Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Skillset Senior College, Craig Randazzo, was glowing with pride after Skillset were awarded the Defence Reserve Support Council Central West – Employer Support Award at this year’s business awards.

“It recognises the kind of workplace and business we are. We value people and are committed to supporting their well being and personal achievement,” he said.

Established in 1982 with the specific aim of helping local industry meet their skills needs in a cost-effective way, Skillset have just celebrated their 35th anniversary.

Skillset is a unique organisation. The largest employer of apprentices and trainees in regional NSW, Skillset delivers a unique suite of environment services and is now able to prepare young people to go out into the world of work through Skillset Senior College.
