Buying and building a business can be a nervous and busy time for anybody so taking it in your stride is one thing, to receive the Carillon Business Award for Excellence in Construction and Trades is another thing entirely.
After only 9 months in business Brett and Tracey Pozza from Pozza's Powdercoating have taken a new direction with the company and experienced a substantial increase in their retail customer base with clients looking for something unique and different.
Owner, Brett Pozza, was honoured by the award win saying “As a relatively new business it has provided us with the confidence needed to continue doing what we are doing and have customers willing to trust us with their items while bringing something different to the powder coating industry”.

Brett was also excited about the community support they had received since taking over the business. “We strive to provide positive service from the moment a customer drops an item into us, to the moment they get it back. We aim to provide the highest quality work within the shortest possible time frame,” he said.
The art of powder coating is a talent in itself. Unlike traditional painting, powder coating is superior and involves a coat being applied and then baked, resulting in a hard, smooth, paint-like finish that will bend with metal if dented or struck. It’s extremely resistant to chipping, flaking, corrosives and general wear and tear.
