After just celebrating their first birthday, Reliance Bank – Gunthers Lane have more cause for celebration after winning the Excellence in Innovation award at the 2017 Carillon Business Awards.

Originally opened as an alternative, member-owned financial institution for the community, Reliance Bank has been helping members for over 50 years across the Central West.

Gunthers Lane was opened by Reliance for the community, offering a free space to experience new technology, enjoy a great atmosphere and to encourage visitors to work, play, and learn.

It was projects like this along with a front line range of products such as Apple and Samsung Pay, Chore Scout Financial App and other financial services, developed with feedback from their members, that displayed the innovation that Reliance was recognised for.
