AN antique sword and a six-pack of beer were among the items stolen during a break and enter at a Rocket Street home on Tuesday.

Police said an unknown offender entered the home and garage some time between 9.45am and 9pm while the home’s occupants were out for the day.
The thief made off with an Xbox gaming console, laptop computer, an antique sword, six-pack of beer and the occupants’ spare house keys.
Jewellery theft
A LARGE quantity of jewellery has been stolen from a home at Vittoria, west of Bathurst.
Thieves gained entry to the home some time between 7.50am and 5pm on Tuesday.
They stole the jewellery from one of the bedrooms inside the home.
Fingerprint examinations will be conducted on these premises in the hope of identifying the offenders.
Stolen from car
A WALLET has been stolen from a Rav4 that had been parked in a car park at Charles Sturt University’s Bathurst campus.
The thief struck some time between 6am on Monday and 6am on Tuesday.
Police have again warned motorists not to leave valuable unattended in their cars. Always take them with you.
Rural crime
A MAKITA brand site radio and battery has been stolen from a Freemantle property.
Police said thieves entered an unlocked shed and took the item, which was only noticed missing yesterday.
Rural residents are reminded to secure their sheds, garages and homes when away from the premises.
