SOME 20 of us joined many rallies across the country on Sunday in Bathurst protesting against our Federal Government’s abrogation of any responsibility for the future welfare of those men languishing on Manus Island.

Prominent Australians and doctors and many others urge the government to resume responsibility and give these men a hopeful future after being in limbo for four years.

With the help of America and New Zealand we need to bring them out of Manus where they are not welcome.

It is immoral to use these men as a bargaining chip against people smugglers.

Your readers might like to get in touch with our federal member about this.
