Over the three day event Carter will ride in the elite time trial, points, scratch and pursuit races.
Watts (pursuit and points races) and Bryant (time trial, scratch and pursuit) will ride in the under 19s.
Even though the track event hasn't been priority number one for Watts she's still hopeful of a strong showing at Dunc Gray Velodrome.
"Feels a bit different going back there as the older rider this time. It's definitely going to be a challenge though with some strong young riders coming through," the Lithgow native said.
"Both races look good for me but I haven't been doing a lot of training specifically for this with road nationals also coming up.
"Most of my work's gone into that but I've still been coming up to Sydney every Tuesday for track training."
Watts is hoping to go one spot better than she did in the previous pursuit championships where she finished less than a second away from Chloe Heffernan.
This will be her last attempt at the under 19s level before moving up to the elites.
Carter will be right in the medal contention after his high finishes in the previous event’s time trial (gold), scratch (silver), points (silver) and pursuit (bronze).
Bryant will hope to improve on finishes of 9th in the time trial, 11th in the pursuit and 13th in the scratch race.
