Coming Up
The Bathurst Stamp, Coin, Collectables and Lapidary Club Inc., are sponsoring and conducting lapidary workshops for both aldults and school students during the forthcoming January school holidays. Club Rooms at the Old Fire Shed in Park Street in Eglinton, beside the tennis courts.
There are two workshops for School Students with workshop one on from January 15-16, and the second separate workshop two on the January 18-19. Classes operate from 9am to 3.30pm each day. The cost is $20 which includes $5 for Junior membership of Club. Students are to bring their own lunch, with morning tea provided. Call Paul Martensz on 0427 896 945. Payment must be made to confirm the children and school student’s registration by January 10.
School holiday activity: Still life with Joyette, for ages eight to 17, will be held on Tuesday, January 16 from 10.30am-12.30am. Cost: $10 per child. Call 6333 6555 for bookings.
