On show
The exhibition James Capper: Mark Maker is on at the Bathurst Regional Art Gallery until January 28. It presents the work of pioneering young British artist James Capper, whose practice adopts the materials and processes of engineering to create mobile sculptures that walk, crawl and move across the earth.
Also on at the gallery is Montages: The Full Cut, 1999-2015, which presents the full suite of eight montage films by artist Tracey Moffatt and her long-time collaborator Gary Hillberg. Exhibited all together for the first time, these works span 16 years of their collaborative practice.
The third exhibition on show at the gallery is [Un]packed, which showcases the rich diversity of the BRAG collection and gives an insight into the storage and care of this important regional collection.
