The development application (DA) was submitted by David Dunbar Homes and is for a property at 4 Wilkins Street, off Browning Street.
Once the existing home is razed the land will subdivided into three residential lots – the two at the front of the property will be 339.9 square metres each, with the one at the rear 653.2 square metres.
Following that, two three-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units will be constructed.
A unit will be constructed on each of the front lots, with two units to be built on the rear lot.
A shared driveway will be constructed between the front units which will lead towards the two rear units.
Each unit will have a single car garage, with two visitor parking spots to be located down the shared driveway.
The development will be single story, with landscaping and turfing to be undertaken at the front and rear of each unit.
