Bathurst Green plays Bathurst Yellow for a spot in the decider after the sides finished second and third respectively on the ladder.
The match can be considered a major victory for Bathurst junior cricket even before the first ball is bowled.
Bathurst are the only district association to field two teams in the same competition and both their under 14s teams have finished inside the top three.
Green have gone on a four game winning streak after going down to Orange in the season’s opening round.
They also took down Yellow by 201 runs earlier this season on the back of a Blake Kreuzberger century.
“I think we’re looking pretty sharp coming into the semis especially considering we’ve got four kids who were in the Kookaburra Cup-winning side, and they also won the City Country Challenge last weekend,” Green coach Clint Bryant said.
“Cooper Brien scored 100 against North Shore in that game.”
Bryant said it was exciting for Bathurst to get both their under 14s teams to the finals stage.

“It shows the depth that Bathurst has got in this age group. It’s impressive that we’ve got the numbers to field two sides,” he said.
“We’ve got the experience on our side and they know what to expect going into a semi-final. We’ve got the majority of the team who won the under 12s comp a few years ago.”
A forfeit from Lithgow in the previous round means Green haven’t played together since December.
Yellow may be the underdogs for Sunday’s match but they’ll bring in a lot of confidence after their 92 run win over Blue Mountains.
The team won three of their five matches this season, going down only to the two teams who finished ahead of them on the ladder: Orange and Bathurst.
Both Bathurst clubs will be keen to avenge their district for last season’s loss at the hands of Orange.
This season marks a turnaround from 2017 where Orange were the association who fielded two sides in under 14s. Bathurst have equalled their feat of getting both teams into the semi-finals.
Orange hosts Blue Mountains in the other semi-final.
Sunday’s semi-final gets underway from 10am.
