A SPEEDING driver will have to find a new means of transport after being caught by Chifley Police District officers travelling at more than 60km/h over the speed limit over the weekend.

Officers attached to the Lithgow Highway Patrol were carrying out Operation Ricko about 1.30pm on Saturday when they spotted the speeding driver on the Castlereagh Highway at Cullen Bullen, east of Bathurst.
He was clocked at 113km/h in a 50km/h residential area.
The driver was issued an infringement notice for travelling at more than 45km/h above the speed limit and had his licence automatically suspended for six months.
