Latoya Leahey, 32, was last seen leaving a home on Lorimer Street just after 1.30pm today (Sunday).
Police from Chifley Police District were alerted when she could not be located or contacted by family. Serious concerns are held for her welfare.
Latoya is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 150cm to 155cm tall, with a thin build and light brown hair.
She was last seen wearing grey shorts, a white shirt and was carrying a black bag.
Anyone who sees Latoya or believes they know her whereabouts is urged to contact police.
