Humour was her go-to remedy when she was struggling as a new mum, so with the hope that humour would also help other mums she turned her experiences into a comical YouTube skit, Baby Brain, which went viral.
“Although Baby Brain is anything but fun when it’s happening, being able to see the humour in it has resonated with thousands of other mums,” Chezzi said.
Now, to coincide with the launch of Chezzi’s new website Mummy Time, she has released a range of merchandise with all proceeds going to PANDA, a not for profit organisation offering support to women and families affected by antenatal and postnatal anxiety and depression.
“I’m passionate about letting mums know there is help if you need it,” she said.
“I wish I had known about PANDA when I was struggling with a newborn.”
Last year, Chezzi launched her YouTube talk show Mummy Time TV, which has since had over half a million views. In the series, she sits down with other mums for honest conversations on topics ranging from breastfeeding, fussy eaters to excess body hair.
The YouTube series is part of Chezzi’s newly launched Mummy Time website, an online hub with easy access to the Mummy Time TV episodes, podcasts and guest posts from other mums.
