Bullock had endured a mixed start to the season, with five winners and 32 placings by late December, but the second Bathurst meeting of 2019 brought with it a change in fortunes.
His trifecta saw Enk Spot Shannon ($5.60) lead home favourite Jedda Shannon ($2.30) and outsider Shazam Shannon ($37.90) in a 1,730 metres contest.
Amy Rees was in the gig with Enk Spot Shannon, making the telling move with 450m to go as she peeled three wide with the four-year-old son of Million Dollar Cam.
Enk Spot Shannon got home in career best 1:56.1 mile rate as he saluted by 6.8m and notched up his first win in three months.

Rees then delivered another winning drive for Bullock in the next race aboard $19.20 chance Lorenzo Shannon.
The six-year-old got home by a half-head in a good battle to the line with Little Bit Dusty ($5), both charging from the rear of the field in an impressive burst of speed.
That also came in career best mile rate – a 1:56.3 – and ended a three-month winning drought.
