Gina Davis, Diane Fletcher and Anthony Dusselaar are each celebrating three decades with CSU and each has had a remarkable effect on the institution.
In reflecting on the changes that CSU has seen in the past three decades, each of the three staff members cited the development of new technology as the most significant.
"Charles Sturt University has managed to remain current in an ever-changing tertiary environment, expanding into the global market, and continuing to produce high quality, sought-after graduates," Ms Davis said.

Another point the trio mentioned was the significant impact the university has had on the economy and cultural life of Bathurst.
"The university is very important to Bathurst as it is a major employer ... and the purchase of food, goods and services within the district by students contributes greatly to the economy and success of Bathurst," Mr Dusselaar said.
Charles Sturt vice-chancellor Professor Andrew Vann congratulated the trio and other long-serving staff.
"We are really fortunate to have staff who love the university and the work that it does," he said.
Ms Davis is a solutions analyst in the Charles Sturt Division of Student Administration, Mr Dusselaar is a senior client support officer in the Division of Information Technology and Ms Fletcher is in the Workplace Learning Team in the Faculty of Arts and Education.
