"We doubled the numbers from the start of the week by securing over 40 appointments on Wednesday," Red Cross nurse Therese Goodacre said.
Overall, more than 80 CSU students, staff and Bathurst locals rolled up their sleeves at the university from Monday to Wednesday as winter starts to wind down.
"It's difficult at this time of year, we've had cancellations due to flu symptoms, so the mobile centre at CSU has been great for keeping up donations," Australian Red Cross group account manager Harry Ahmed said.

Among this week's donors was Jenna Nergan.
"This is my third time giving blood. I'm always happy to donate," she said.
"It's very important to give blood for those who really need it. They deserve to get it."
CSU staff and students topped the Red Cross' Red25 corporate blood donation challenge in the Central West last year, making 225 individual donations which the Red Cross estimated saved 675 lives.
"The Red25 program is a great way for universities and other groups to donate together and boost the number of blood donations," Mr Ahmed said.
The mobile centre will be back in Bathurst from August 24 to 28 at Bathurst McDonald's.
