The 2019 Party in the Park will be held in Machattie Park from 5pm on Tuesday, the venue replacing the Adventure Playground.
Mayor Bobby Bourke has promised the much of the entertainment normally seen at the Party in the Park will still be available, with only the fireworks not making the cut.
"There will be plenty of activities for the whole family including $2 show rides, jumping castles and face painting as well as a variety of live entertainment," he said.
There will also be six food vendors available on the night, which are Mr Whippy, Epic Wedges, Melissa's Cotton Candy, Mr Fish and Chips, The Cheesecake Co. and Origin Chocolate.

The vendors were "supportive of the change in location", which occurred a little over a month out from the date.
As for the layout of the new-look event, the rides and food can be found on Keppel Street, and big screens will be placed throughout the park to ensure people can watch the fireworks display that will be streamed from Sydney.
Representatives of the Rural Fire Service will be at the event collecting donations.
"All money raised will be going to support the local RFS," Cr Bourke said.
Residents should also be aware that there will be some changes to traffic conditions in the CBD on Tuesday.
Between 6.00 am and 11.00 pm, there will be a temporary closure on Keppel Street between George and William streets.
William Street will also be closed between Keppel and Russell streets.
