A Facebook page called R.I.P Chris Moore (moorey) had been set up hours after the 25-year-old’s tragic passing, with hundreds of messages now posted on the wall of the social networking site.
The site’s creator, AsH FiHn, urged everyone to “remember the good times”, saying the young man had “loved his cars and his bikes”.
Mr Moore was badly injured when his 750cc Honda motorbike left the Mitchell Highway and hit a fence about 4.50pm on Sunday.
He was first taken to Bathurst Base Hospital and then airlifted to Sydney but died about 10pm.
