All Saints’ College had four students make the Premier’s All-Rounders List.
Olivia Coleman earned a place on the list for gaining band sixes in all 12 of the units she studied.
She was joined by Katrina Kelleher, Claire Anthes and Jake Thornton, who achieved band sixes in 10 units.
St Stanislaus’ College deputy head prefect Tom Falzey was the school’s top performer.
He also cemented a place on the Premier’s All-Round-
ers List with fellow students Andrew McKeown and Heath Milton.
Headmaster John Edwards said the school received excellent results all-round.
“We’re very happy across the board,” he said. “We achieved band sixes in a full range of courses including every level of maths, all the sciences and in Advanced English and Extension English one and two.”
MacKillop College principal Steve Todd said he was thrilled that 18 students from the college were included in honour listings.
College captain Clancy Pye received early entry into physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Orange and was one of the college’s highest achieving students.
“Clancy Pye, Vinuri Dissan-
akaye and Jocelyn McGarity all received band sixes in nine units,” Mr Todd said.
“It was a wonderful effort and we wish all our girls the best of luck with their future endeavours.”
Kelso High School performed consistently through the year, principal Greg Hurford said.
“Eleven students gained early entry into CSU,” he said. “And three gained early entry into the University of New England.”
Mr Hurford was pleased that many students performed above their potential.
Thirty-seven students sat the HSC at The Scots School. They earned 10 band six results, which deputy headmaster Lynn Fleming said was very pleasing.
“This year we had a particularly strong candidature,” she said.
Lachlan Mcdermid, Aidan Reiri and Sean Johnson each received two band sixes, while drama student Christ-
opher Wedlock was selected for OnStage for his major work in lighting design.
Bathurst High School principal Geoff Hastings was ecstatic with the performance of his students and said it was now up to them to make the most of their results.
“They need to look at where they want to go and how they’re going to get there,” he said. “There are plenty of pathways available to them.”
“Our students fly at whatever path they decide to take.”
