A DRINK-DRIVER has been fined and disqualified from driving for six months, after pleading guilty in Bathurst Local Court to a mid-range PCA charge.

Timothy Michael Barwick, 39, of Market Street, Rockley, appeared before Magistrate Michael Allen.
Police facts tendered to the court told how on the evening of September 24, Barwick was driving along Stewart Street Bathurst.
He stopped at the Stewart / Lambert street intersection at a red light and to give way to pedestrians.
When he attempted to turn right into Lambert Street from the lights his vehicle collided with the front of another vehicle.
Police were called and Barwick underwent a breath test, which was positive.
He was arrested and taken to Bathurst Police Station, where he underwent a breath analysis which returned a reading of 0.88.
He told police he drank three stubbies of VB between 7.30pm and 8.20pm.
Mr Allen fined Barwick $450, $81 in court costs and disqualified him from driving for six months.
