Job Description
The Administrator undertakes such tasks as directed by the Administration Manager or Director.
The primary role of the Administrator is to set up medicolegal reports which will be completed by the occupational therapists (OT). This involves reading the brief of evidence provided by the client in either soft copy or paper format, identifying relevant information and typing that into the appropriate report template. The report is then provided to the OT for them to complete based on their assessment.
You are also required to prepare briefings for the OTs and communicate them by email.
You will be expected to be able to identify missing information from the brief of evidence provided by the client and liaise with the client to obtain further evidence.Additional duties may include as needed:
