Key responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and evaluating customer needs to ensure accurate and positive results
- Identify, analyse and resolve customer’s technical enquiries where possible using troubleshooting protocols
- Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Provide attention to detail in capturing customer information accurately
- Follow client’s protocols and procedures
About the Role:
- Full-time -12-month contract with the opportunity for extension (38 hours per week)
- Start Date: Multiple intakes starting May to August 2022
- Hourly Rate: $22.78/hr + super + penalty rates + $400 monthly incentives
- Roster: Rotating roster between 7 am - 9 pm AEST, Monday to Sunday, full flexibility required
- Training: 4 weeks full-time online training
- Progression: Career progression with ongoing training and development plans
What are we looking for?

- Must have a private/secure and safe workspace available (e.g. spare room, office with a door, etc.)
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
- An eagerness and passion to learn about modern technology (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.)
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
