Job Description

This role reports to the Finance Team Leader. As an integral member of the team you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of financial statements and reports in line with accounting standards, and providing relevant commentary
• Analysis of finances, identifying any anomalies and suggesting areas for improvement
• Investigation of budget variances
• Partnering with different areas of the business on their budgets and spend, offering advice and guidance to non-finance Managers
• Assisting the team to meet finance deadlines

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in the role you will hold an accounting qualification and have a strong technical accounting skill set.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills will see someone excel in this role including an ability to communicate effectively and build both strong internal and external relationships.

You will be a proactive individual who enjoys working as part of a busy team.
