Your new role
Reporting into the Group Finance Manager, this role supports and is the main finance contact for the property division. Key duties include:

• Business planning including budgeting and forecasting for the group
• Oversight and management of capital management programmes
• Financial analysis and modelling for investment proposals
• Develop the management reporting for the group
• Commercial advisory for viability of major projects

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualification
• High level influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Experience with managing month end and year end reporting
• Property experience highly regarded
