Your new company
You’d be working in a top 5 General Insurer in Australia and New Zealand that’s been awarded by the Australian Insurance Industry Awards, underwriting a broad range of general insurance products, including motor, home, contents, business, and pet; both directly and through partnerships.

Your new role
As a HR Business Partner your overall responsibility will be to ensure the provision of Human Resources based services to the client group in accordance with business strategy and requirements. This will include but are not limited to recruitment, leader guidance & monitoring, performance management, employee relations, WH&S, etc.
You will also be a huge part of the highly significant M&A integration in which the company is nearly doubling in size. This is a really exciting change project which requires cultural and practical harmonisation practices.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will have relevant HR experience, be familiar with general Human Resources policies and procedures, understanding of National Employment Standards and Fair Work Act 2009 and recruitment techniques for a high-volume area. You will also understand business challenges and translate them into viable and realistic solutions and advice in relation to people issues, you will demonstrate experience in all functions of HR, act as a catalyst for change, be an expert providing advice and coaching as well as have the ability to engage and influence. You will also provide skills to build strong relationships and be a trusted partner, with an ability on conflict resolution and counselling.
