Project Architect

Your new company
A Sydney based, Tier One Architecture practice, require a Project Architect to assist on a buoyant multidisciplinary project pipeline.

Your new role
You will be an experienced Project Architect, having worked across varied projects. You will ideally possess practical experience in a similar role with a strong working knowledge of Revit. This is a client facing role, that requires you to manage multiple projects, whilst overseeing a team of Architects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role in Australia
• Experience on varied medium to large scale projects I.e. Community, civic, heritage, adaptive re-use (public domain), multi-residential, education, commercial project experience are of particular interest
• Revit proficiency will take preference, although those with ArchiCAD are encouraged to apply (not a deal-breaker)
• Experience running your own projects, start to finish, is essential. Having managed teams also, is a bonus!
• Must have a working knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards and building construction
• Have an ability to work as both part of a team and autonomously
• Excellent communication and thus, leadership skills
• Registration is ideal yet, anyone acting in the capacity of a Project Architect (Project Co-ordinator) & not yet registered are also encouraged to apply
• Must be an Australian citizen and/or have PR to qualify (If on a VISA, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY)
