The firm is led by a management team who are passionate about shaping the future of the industry, embodied by the recent establishment of our Innovation Lab to harness new ways of solving client needs.

Your new role
With new and exciting projects on the horizon, my client is currently expanding their team with a unique opportunity for an experience Project Architect or Senior Architect. My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated architect to contribute and lead a variety of exciting projects through all phases including Feasibility, Sketch Design, Town Planning, Construction Documentation, Construction Services and Contract Administration.

The right candidate will be a registered senior architect with credible experience in all aspects of project delivery. You have a passion for design and a positive and professional attitude. As a self-driven and independent worker, you will confidently lead projects, communicate effectively with clients and consultants and provide guidance to team members.

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised architectural degree and current practicing registration as an Architect (preferred not mandatory)
• Demonstrated post registration experience across all project stages from inception to completion
• Proven track record in at least one of the following sectors: multi-residential, residential, commercial, aged care, hospitality or retail
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of planning schemes and building regulations
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Detail orientation
• The ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
