Mr Chapman and Mr Theobald have taken over as principals of the office, bringing with them a wealth of business and real estate experience spanning 14 years.
Mr Chapman said they are very excited to be taking over the licence of LJ Hooker Bathurst.
“LJ Hooker is a household name and within Bathurst we offer a fresh, vibrant team of sales agents and property managers under the one roof,” he said. “We’re looking to take LJ Hooker Bathurst’s service and results to the next level.’’
Prior to forging a career in real estate, Mr Chapman had a rich history of working for large corporations in business development and sales management roles.
These companies include Foxtel (formerly Austar), Foster’s and Lion Co. (formerly Tooheys).
Committed to providing the absolute best service and achieving the highest level of results for his clients, Mr Theobold believes that hard work, honesty and integrity are the most important qualities in an agent.
After attending St Stanislaus’ College, Mr Theobold joined the real estate industry where he has gained invaluable experience working in all aspects of a sales office.
“LJ Hooker’s clients expect the best, and with the backing of a strong national real estate
network, we plan for LJ Hooker Bathurst to make a significant and positive impact on the local real estate landscape,” he said.
Welcoming the new owners to the LJ Hooker network, L. Janusz Hooker, deputy chair of LJ Hooker, said he was pleased Australia’s number one real estate brand would continue to provide an integral real estate service for Bathurst.
