Ticket holders will be treated to a sensational evening as Mr Skaife and Mr Seton are interviewed by local racing commentator Phil Cole over a barbecue buffet dinner overlooking Mount Panorama.
The dinner will be held on Thursday, October 9 at Rydges Mount Panorama.
Bathurst mayor Gary Rush said the dinner was guaranteed to be a night full of storytelling and historic moments.
“Two mates and legends of the mountain will share their insights and fondest memories from the Great Race”, Cr Rush said.
“This annual dinner, sponsored by the National Motoring Racing Museum, is a great lead-up event before the weekend race.
“It’s a chance for fans to rub shoulders with their idols Skaife and Seton.”
Mark Skaife is one of Australia’s greatest ever touring car drivers, winning five touring car championships and six Bathurst races.
Glenn Seton is a two-time Australian Touring Car Champion and is considered the unluckiest racer to never win a Bathurst 1000.
“I’m thrilled to be part of National Motor Racing Museum Legendary Moments Dinner this year with my mate Glenn Seton,” Mr Skaife said.
“I’m looking forward to reminiscing on memories from the track before the Great Race.”
