The week runs from January 16 to 20 and the event will feature three youth groups – pre-school age children (Rug Rats) running from 9am to 10.45am, kindergarten to Year 6 primary school age children (Triple S) running from 9am to midday and high school and teenagers (Switch) running from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
The event is run by volunteers from the Bathurst Presbyterian, Evangelical and Baptist Churches and a team of people from other churches across the state.
“It’s a school holiday program which features a whole week of fun and activities,” Bathurst Presbyterian Church pastor Tristan Merkel said.
“We’ll play some inside and outside games, sing songs and play some sport.
“We will also be teaching the good news of Jesus.”
Buses will run from South Bathurst, Raglan and Eglinton to take children to the showground.
All events will be held at the Bathurst Showground, except on Wednesday when Ben Chifley Dam will host a day of water sports and games.
