Franchisee and owner of the fast food outlet, Ramesh Atluri, said the store was rebranded earlier this week and began trading as Pizza Hut on Wednesday.
The Eagle Boys chain went into receivership nationally on July 14 last year, however the Bathurst store kept trading and experienced a surge in business as locals got behind the store.
Eight months on business has remained strong and, following its rebranding to Pizza Hut, it continues with business as usual.
Mr Atluri said business had been brisk since the rebranding and customers were more than happy with the change.
“We still offer drive through and there is plenty of parking. Our customers are very happy because they know what to expect,” he said.
“It’s still the same great service.”
Mr Atluri said all of the staff that worked at Eagle Boys would remain on under the Pizza Hut banner.
