Ms Jeffree, a Bathurst resident, will team up with friend Hannah McCauley, from Newcastle, in a gruelling seven-day journey called the Sh*tbox Rally.
Two hundred teams will make the 3800-kilometre journey to help raise money for the Cancer Council.
In October, Ms Jeffree told the Western Advocate in October that her team, Get a Bloomin Move On, had raised $3000 and that tally has more than doubled since.
“We’re going well, having raised just over $8000. I’m a little bit nervous [for the drive] but still excited. It’s going to be my first rally,” she said.
While a fundraiser kissing booth was held at the Kings Hotel on May 13, Ms Jeffree was in Newcastle with teammate Ms McCauley for another fundraiser.
Their target is $10,000.
