It is momentum that Rebels should build on this Saturday as well when taking on the struggling Young Saints.
Whereas the Rebels outfit has accounted for both of the 2016 grand finalists in Cowra and club-mates the Outlaws as well as comfortably beating the Orange Tigers, Young is without a point.
A season-opening loss against the Bathurst Giants was followed by the bye then a 135-point defeat last Saturday against the Outlaws.
Young has held the home ground advantage in both those games and will again be at Burrangong Oval this Saturday, but Rebels will still be very hot favourites.
Whereas the entire Young outfit has booted seven majors so far this season, Rebels full forward Grady Tapping has 10 to his credit and team-mate Connor Milliss has equalled the Saints’ tally.
Opening bounce is 2.30pm.
