The annual event showcases the singing and dancing talents of public school students in a glittering event in Sydney.
Abigail Barnes, 18, and Tyson Rice, 16, from the Kelso campus along with Lilly Cole, 15, from the Bathurst campus were selected as dancers for the event.
Year 9 student Lily successfully auditioned for the ballet, Year 12 student Abigail will be part of the tap sequences and Year 11 student Tyson earned a place in the B’Boys hip hop dance ensemble.
Now in its 34th year, the popular live-and-televised extravaganza will star more than 5700 students including a choir of 2700 voices, 2400 dancers; a 100-piece symphony orchestra; world-class stage band, 44 solo singers and 145-featured dancers from public schools across NSW.
Schools Spectacular is on November 24 and 25.
