Police are investigating after unknown offenders entered a unit in Stewart Street.
They also made off with an Xbox gaming system and a guitar.
Police said the break-in occurred some time between 9am and 4.45pm while the unit’s occupant was at work.
Employee foils Kelso break-in
THREE men have fled the scene after being disturbed while trying to break-in to a Kelso business this morning.
Bathurst police said an employee at the business caught the three would-be thieves trying to gain access o the business on Zagreb Street about 3.15am.
A black and white Nissan Navara was seen at the site as the men fled.
Police will view CCTV footage from the business in the hope of identifying the vehicle and the offenders.
Window broken at school
UNKNOWN offenders have broken into a high school in Bathurst overnight.
Police said the offenders smashed a window to gain access to the administration block.
The break-in occurred some time between 8pm on Monday and 5am on Tuesday.
Police conducted an extensive patrol, however, the offenders were not found.
It’s not yet known if anything has been stolen.
