AN elderly man died following a single car accident at the intersection of Brilliant and Stewart streets at 10.13am on Friday.
NSW Ambulance Inspector Rhys Dive said the man, who was driving a Mazda sedan, appeared to have suffered a cardiac arrest while driving.
Police and ambulance crews performed CPR at the scene before the man was transferred to Bathurst Hospital in a critical condition, where he later died.
