The development application (DA), lodged by the Catholic Diocese of Bathurst, was originally submitted for a 48-lot subdivision but was later altered to 29-lots.
The Statement of Environmental Effects (SoEE) in the DA shows the development consists of 29 allotments (28 residential lots and 1 residue lot), new roads and an extension of Westbourne Drive.
The sizes of the allotments range from 552 square metres to 917 square metres, the residue lot is 1.92 hectare.
The minimum lot size allowed under council’s Development Control Plan is 550 square metres.
“Each lot will be fully serviced [with] reticulated water and sewer, gas, electricity and telecommunications,” the SoEE states.
“The site is essentially cleared of vegetation with the exception of a couple of trees.
The subdivision will be completed in one stage.
