A SECOND person has died almost three weeks after a two-vehicle crash on the Mitchell Highway near Orange.
Emergency services were called to the crash site about 20km east of Orange just before 4.30pm on Wednesday, October 4 following reports of a collision between a Holden Astra and a Toyota Hilux .
The driver of the Holden, a 20-year-old woman, died at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota, a 32-year-old man, was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Orange Health Service in a serious but stable condition.
His passenger, a 63-year-old man, was airlifted to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition. About 4am on Monday, the 63-year-old man died in hospital.
A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
