The classes were introduced in 2017 and, after a positive reception, will return from Monday.
Arts council president Wendy-Lou Tisdell said the classes are open to anyone to attend, including men, women, older citizens and young people.
Orange artist Wanda Driscoll, who normally runs the classes for the arts council, makes the environment friendly and encouraging.
Monday’s art class will involve creating country shacks with acrylic paint, drawing inspiration from Ms Tisdell’s own painting of a shack at Lightning Ridge.
"You don't need any experience, none whatsoever," Ms Tisdell said. "And if you are new to Evans it is only $10 and we supply your materials for the first class."
The class will start at 10am at the former Evans Shire Council chambers in Lee Street, Kelso, and run through to mid to late afternoon.
Morning tea will be provided, but people need to bring their own lunch.
Bookings are essential and can be made by calling Ms Tisdell on 6337 3870.
