The demonstration will be held at the shop’s store, on 231 Russell Street, starting at 10am.
Country Brewer Bathurst owner Matt Gildon said making your own sausages and cheese is a trend that has always been there but is something he has been pushing recently.
“People like to DIY and make their own food. You always know what’s going into your food when you do it yourself,” he said.
“More Australians are starting to DIY their own sausages and cheeses.”
Country Brewer Bathurst has kits for making your own sausages and cheese, as well as bacon, jerky, sauerkraut, sourdough and yogurt.
Demonstrations are held on the third Saturday of every second month.
