The Western Advocate’s photographers snapped some amazing pictures, down at the Bathurst Showground on Friday for the 150th Royal Bathurst Show. Crowds flocked for the three days – on Saturday and Sunday as well – as the community embraced the show’s food, rides, animals and events. The crowds were treated to a fantastic fireworks display on Friday and Saturday night and a changes to many of the competition and categories to help celebrate the 150th anniversary of the show. Overall, the show was deemed as a huge success despite some challenging weather conditions across the show’s three days. It is expected planning has already begun for the 2019 show.
