Six years ago I tried to get permission to spray the corner of Keppel and William streets (free of charge) and they refused.
So this year I took a sample from the hospital park to show the spread. Yes, they said again, we are aware of the problem and have it under control.
Blind Freddy can see that nothing has been done.
It’s so unnecessary when it could have been prevented.
