Anyone who has survived a stroke and family and careers of stroke victims are invited to attended the Bathurst Stroke Support Group. The group meets every second Monday of the month, in the heritage room at the Bathurst RSL, from 11am to midday. At the group, attendees provide support for the people who have suffered or know someone who has had a stroke. Anyone interest in attending should contact Bathurst’s and Orange’s stroke care coordinator Fiona Ryan by calling 6369 7399 or emailing bathurst.stroke@gmail.com.

Cowra Anglican Book Fair will be held in the Cowra Anglican Parish Hall on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 17-19.
Doors will open at 8.30am each day. There will be thousands of quality books.
Jenny Moore and friends will host Australia’s Biggest morning Tea in Bathurst at 10.30am May 17. It will be held in the Merrick Hall, Gilmour Street, Kelso. Entry is $10 which will include, home made cakes, savoury finger food and lots more. There will be raffles, fresh produce to buy and a lucky chair prize. All welcome.
