From 2pm on Cult Fiction, Tad is featuring an interview about the Oberon to Tarana Heritage Railway group.
The honky tonk wild man will rock you through from 4pm-6pm with Full House, followed by Tim Williams with Friday Night Rock from 6pm.
Andrew Lotherington hosts Backbeat from 8pm-10pm featuring great music from the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s.
Tune in on 92.3 in Bathurst and 94.7 in Orange for great music to start your long weekend.

SEVERAL programs on 2MCE cover the folk music genre including One of the Folk on Saturdays from midday, Come all Ye with Bruce Cameron on Sundays from noon and The Connection with Roger Hargraves on Sundays from 7pm.
You’ll hear acoustic, blues and roots, traditional and contemporary Celtic sounds, Australian music, bluegrass and swing, jug bands and string bands, and more.
New programs
TWO great new program have started on Mondays on 2MCE.
The Beat Generation is a 13-part series charting music from the 1960s to today and looks at the music that changed the world.
From Bob Dylan and Pete Seeger to the rise of psychedelia, progressive rock, Live Aid and hip-hop, the series looks at the legacy of writers seeking alternatives in the post World War 2 world.
You can hear The Beat Generation from 2pm on Mondays, followed by Top of the Pops from 3pm for the weekly UK top 20 countdown, including information, gossip and interviews.
