8.45AM UPDATE: Lowes Mount Road at Oberon has been closed this morning after heavy snow overnight.
Other major roads remain open at this stage, however, council crews will continue to monitor the road conditions. Updates for the Oberon Local Government Area will be posted as they come to hand.

Motorists are advised that many of the smaller roads may not have been inspected.
Motorists are advised to use extreme caution and be wary of possible of black ice, and to drive to the conditions they encounter.
Meanwhile, Nick McGrath reports that all Group 10 matches have been called off today due to inclement weather across the region.
The group will decide later whether teams will share the points for the games or try to reschedule them.
EARLIER: Residents living in high country around Oberon, Black Springs and Shooters Hill are waking to a whiteout this morning following heavy snowfall overnight.
The snow that had been predicted all week by the Bureau of Meteorology arrived right on schedule around 9pm on Saturday.
The snow has settled on the ground this morning and there should be more to come today.
Now it is the turn of Bathurst residents to wait and see what the day has in store.
With a forecast top of just 6 degrees Celsius and forecasts of snow as low as 600 metres, there is chance Bathurst’s CBD and suburbs could see their first snowfall of the season.
