The exhibition was opened in conjunction with the beginning of the Bathurst Winter Festival.
“Greg Hyde and Colin Fen have assembled a light-hearted and eclectic mix of sculpture and mixed media that ranges from steam punk to detailed whimsy - an absolute delight for anyone wanting to visit,” gallery director Heather Dunn said.
“Two of Colin’s sculptures, in the front window of the gallery, are interactive and the gallery welcomes everyone to come and watch them move and enjoy the fantasy of their story.
“This exhibition is about enjoying art that is light-hearted, yet highly skilled and deeply thought out.
“We have thoroughly enjoyed having Greg and Colin join our gallery space.
“Our new venue at 80 George Street has definitely proved to be a perfect spot for artists and customers alike to enjoy local art presented so beautifully.”
The exhibition will run until July 21.
A free printmaking demonstration will be held this Sunday, July 15 between 10am and 2pm.
