It was three years ago today that residents woke to a winter wonderland like few had ever seen.
Overnight, the Bathurst district had been blanketed by the heaviest dump of snow seen in these parts for many years.
Long-time residents believed it would have been four or five decades since they had seen such thick snow right across the city – and we’ve certainly seen nothing like it since.
