What the minister is essentially saying is that the government has not privatised the National Disability Insurance Scheme disability sector and that the government simply transferred them in to the non-government sector to look after their patients, which is privatisation by stealth!
Minister Williams won Washington’s argument for her. Surely Ray did not write this letter?
Whoever wrote this letter for the minister should be ashamed of themselves.
