Dementia Australia will present Healthy Brain Ageing, a discussion that addresses the myths about dementia and provides information relating to normal ageing and memory loss, at Hope Church, on the corner of Gilmour and Hereford streets, Kelso, from 10am-noon. This free session is suitable for anyone who is interested in learning five simple steps to maximise brain health and how to help reduce their risk of developing dementia. The Macquarie Care Centre Auxiliary monthly meetings are returning to the St Vincent's Hospital function room from August 15. The meetings start at 2pm, where all new members are very welcome.
